Scope of the role
This position is responsible to help drive company sales by overlooking all Sales, Marketing & Business Development activities.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Quotations, Orders & Customer Support:
  • Candidate would be responsible for sending quotations, follow-ups & getting feedback about submitted quotations.
  • Monitoring and follow up on orders and payments.
  • Customer Service Communications & Co-ordination: Effectively communicate with customer and provide support by interacting with internal departments about client requirements as and when required.
Project Management:
  • Understand the project requirements, effectively communicate, monitor progress and timely delivery
  • Arrange and manage technical call/meet between client and team to resolve any scientific queries.
  • Ensure to meet customer requirement and targets.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development Activities:
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Develop effective sales strategies, Designing and implementing marketing plans to increase company sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
  • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Develop business plans and market intelligence to scale up ongoing business
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Reports :
  • Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
  • Timely Collect, analyze information to prepare and present sales performance reports and data.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Customer Relations & other Marketing Services:
  • plan Build effective business relationships with Pharmaceutical companies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Travel and Meet with existing & potential clients to determine their needs and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create product awareness.
  • Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
  • Handle all online and offline marketing including SEO
Ensure skill development of selfand team:
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Train & develop team members, regularly monitor their performance
Candidate Profile QualificationGraduate in any discipline (BBA/ BCOM/ BSC)/ MBA with experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development of impurities/ reference standards/ CRAMS in Pharma Research organizations.
Experience & Requirement
  • Candidate must have 3-4 years experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development of impurities/ reference standards/ CRAMS.
  • Should be young & dynamic with, fluency in English & Hindi, Computer proficiency (all Microsoft Office applications and marketing software), excellent interpersonal skills and High-level networking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal team members
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must have a positive attitude and proven track record with passion for sales
  • Should have team spirit and be able to work with team members
  • Ability to negotiate with knowledge of modern marketing techniques and understanding of marketing skills.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
